At Bachaa Party, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the original product in its secure packaging, ensuring all original tags and the invoice are included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Send the package back to our central warehouse via any traceable courier service or drop it off at your nearest Bachaa Party outlet.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 business days.
